Project Manager

DVCC Program Manager: $60,000 annual Salary

 

Job Description: DVCC PM will manage projects related to anti-displacement, food access, and health equity in SE Austin/Travis County. The PM will work with the ED to build programming and refine existing eligibility intake forms and surveys to assess the quality and outcomes of services. 

 

  • Bilingual candidates will be prioritized

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Strong ties to the community and/or experience with community organizing 

  • Familiarity with Austin/Travis County affordable housing and other equity issues

  • Experience providing supervision or program oversight in social service, housing, or health access.

  • Familiarity with federal, state, local, and private sources of financing resources for homeowners.

  • Strong passion for social justice advocacy 

  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work independently.

  • Strong computer skills including facility with major software tools for word processing, spreadsheets, and project scheduling

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and oversight of anti-displacement & resilience programs that highlight equity and impact 

  • Coordinate internal resources, service providers and community partners for successful execution of projects and events

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Track and analyze project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Complete project reports and funder deliverables as needed

  • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation
