Event Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Temporary Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our upcoming event, including neighborhood canvassing, vendor and sponsor support, volunteer outreach, material coordination, and day-of-event operations. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of two weeks.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the success of Del Valle Day!

Project Connect

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Temporary Project Connect Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this position is to engage with the community, promote our open positions, and increase the number of eligible Community Homeowner Advocates (CHAs) in our program. The Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to execute outreach strategies, follow up with neighborhood associations, canvass designated areas, and participate in outreach events.

The ideal candidate is passionate about community engagement, possesses excellent communication skills, and is committed to making a positive impact.
