By entering Del Valle Day, presented by the Del Valle Community Coalition (DVCC) and Circuit of the Americas, you are entering an area where photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur.

Your attendance and presence at the event constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and to the use, publication, distribution, and reproduction of your image, likeness, voice, and name for promotional, educational, and informational purposes related to Del Valle Day and the Del Valle Community Coalition. This includes, but is not limited to, use on DVCC's website, social media platforms, newsletters, printed materials, news outlets, and other marketing or promotional content.

By entering the event, you waive and release any claims related to the use of these recordings, including any right to inspect or approve the finished materials, as well as any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, copyright infringement, or compensation arising from the use of your image, voice, or likeness.

Photography, filming, and recording will be conducted in reliance on this consent. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please do not enter the event area.
